Publications
Within the Erasmus+ Sport project We Ball Too we have prepared three publications for coaches, clubs, PE teachers, volunteers and everyone who wants to create inclusive sports environments where girls and boys play with equal opportunities. All publications are in English and free to download.
We Ball Too
A guide to inclusion in sport
A practical manual for sports federations, clubs, coaches, officials and volunteers on how to support girls and women in sport. It explains the barriers girls face, shows what equal opportunity looks like in practice and offers tools for recruitment, communication and safe, respectful sports environments – together with good-practice examples and case studies.
Inclusive Approaches and Gender Sensitivity in Sport
Training program for coaches and volunteers
A discussion-based training tool built around real situations from training sessions and matches. Seven thematic blocks – from entry barriers and the need to belong to body image, communication, dropout prevention and personal boundaries – help coaches reflect on their reactions and build an inclusive team culture that keeps girls in sport.
Inclusive Sports Curriculum and Programs
Flag football edition
A ready-to-use curriculum for coaches and PE teachers. Six modules combine flag football skills (passing, catching, flag pulling, route running) with mixed-gender teamwork, respect and leadership, and include lesson plans, drills and reflective activities that challenge gender stereotypes.
